Y el invierno est\u00e1 en camino. Aunque pasar\u00e1 gran parte de su tiempo inspeccionando viviendas desde dentro, no hay que olvidar la parte exterior del trabajo. Para ello, necesitar\u00e1 ropa de abrigo, c\u00f3moda y protectora.<\/p>\n<p><b>Se impone la superposici\u00f3n<\/b><\/p>\n<p>La clave para abrigarse sin renunciar al movimiento es la superposici\u00f3n de capas. Seguro que lo has o\u00eddo durante a\u00f1os. Las capas te permiten personalizar el nivel de protecci\u00f3n contra los elementos. Y es m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil moverse con ellas que con una sola prenda pesada y voluminosa.<\/p>\n<p>Las tres capas b\u00e1sicas son<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Base: ce\u00f1ida, transpirable, flexible, ligera<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Medio: c\u00e1lido, aislante, m\u00e1s pesado que la base, dise\u00f1ado para retener el calor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Exterior: coraza contra el viento, la lluvia y la nieve<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Tienes muchas opciones para cada capa. Con una base que absorbe el agua, la humedad se aleja de tu piel, manteni\u00e9ndote seco y caliente.<\/p>\n<p>Los expertos en actividades al aire libre de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rei.com\/learn\/expert-advice\/layering-basics.html\">REI<\/a> dicen que, ante todo, evites el algod\u00f3n. No evacua el sudor y te har\u00e1 sentir m\u00e1s fr\u00edo. La lana merina es excelente y m\u00e1s suave de lo que parece. Pero hay muchos tejidos sint\u00e9ticos en el mercado que evacuan la humedad, son suaves y no pican.<\/p>\n<p>Busque: camisetas de manga larga y pantalones (ropa interior larga) de tejido ligero, transpirable y que absorba la humedad, de tacto suave en contacto con la piel.<\/p>\n<p><b>Defensa contra el fr\u00edo<\/b><\/p>\n<p>La capa intermedia retiene el calor corporal. Es tu aislante. Es m\u00e1s pesada que la base, a veces mucho m\u00e1s. Y suele ser flexible y f\u00e1cil de llevar. Si la lluvia y la nieve son un problema en tu lugar de trabajo, necesitar\u00e1s una capa intermedia que repela el agua.<\/p>\n<p>El forro polar es el tejido m\u00e1s utilizado para aislar. Y REI dice que hay diferentes grosores, desde ligero a \"peso de expedici\u00f3n\", que es mucho m\u00e1s pesado.<\/p>\n<p>Busque: dise\u00f1o f\u00e1cil de poner y quitar, como los jerseys, caracter\u00edsticas cortavientos y repelencia al agua.<\/p>\n<p><b>Protecci\u00f3n contra el viento, la lluvia y la nieve<\/b><\/p>\n<p>La capa exterior mantiene el mal tiempo en el exterior, donde debe estar. Eso permite que las capas interiores hagan su trabajo con eficacia. En climas que no son severos, la capa exterior puede ser s\u00f3lo una capa exterior. Si puedes llevar una capa m\u00e1s ligera, te sentir\u00e1s m\u00e1s c\u00f3modo.<\/p>\n<p>Busca: tejidos exteriores de alto rendimiento con una combinaci\u00f3n de transpirabilidad y repelencia a la humedad, y una capucha para cuando el tiempo sea especialmente brutal.<\/p>\n<p><b>No se olvide de las manos, la cabeza y los pies<\/b><\/p>\n<p>En <a href=\"http:\/\/www.livescience.com\/34411-body-heat-loss-head.html\">LiveScience<\/a> Aunque hace m\u00e1s de una d\u00e9cada que se desminti\u00f3 la vieja creencia de que el cuerpo pierde m\u00e1s calor por la cabeza, la cabeza sigue necesitando algo de protecci\u00f3n. Y tambi\u00e9n los pies y las manos.<\/p>\n<p>Los calcetines de lana que absorben la humedad mantienen los dedos de los pies calientes sin a\u00f1adir demasiado volumen. Si hay humedad en el exterior, piensa en un bot\u00edn repelente al agua sobre los calcetines. Para la cabeza, piensa en un gorro o una toca ajustados.
