Is there a Washington, DC, Home Inspection License Exam?
Since there are no formal requirements for earning your Washington, DC, home inspection certification, you technically don’t need to take or pass the National Home Inspectors Exam. If you wish to apply for a home inspector license in Maryland, Virginia, or West Virginia the National Home Inspectors Exam (NHIE) is required.
