How to Become a Home Inspector in Ohio in 3 Steps:

Complete an Ohio approved 80-hour home inspection training course. ICA is an approved training provider in Ohio. Click here to view our course approval letter from the state of Ohio: OH Course Approval
Complete our approved 40-hour Curriculum of Experience Course.
Take and pass the National Home Inspectors Exam.

After you complete the required training and pass the exam, you are able to start your own Ohio home inspection business. You can also choose to seek employment with an existing home inspection company.
