University of Georgia has Partnered with ICA to Provide 3-Day Live Home Inspection Training Classes

With a mix of online, self-paced training, along with 3 days of classroom and field training, all students will learn what it takes to become a successful inspector. The ICA home inspection course teaches you everything you need to know to properly inspect residential and commercial properties, how to complete a professional inspection report, even how to build your own successful home inspection business.

How to Become a Home Inspector in Georgia in 3 Steps:

Complete a state-approved home inspection training course. This will give you the knowledge you’ll need to perform home inspections and own/operate a successful home inspection business. Upon completion of the course, you will be an ICA Certified Home Inspector. We will issue you a certification number for use on your business cards and inspection reports.
Take and pass the National Home Inspectors Exam (NHIE). We thoroughly prepare all students for the exam with comprehensive training, a 200-page online study guide and 700 exam prep practice questions.
Congratulations! Now you can start your own business or work as a home inspector.
