Q: What are package upgrades?
A: If you enrolled in your home inspection training with the Foundation package, you can upgrade to the Premier or Elite package through Business Builder. An upgrade adds the extra memberships, study materials, and courses from the higher package without re-enrolling or paying full price for each item.
Q: I enrolled with a Foundation package. Can I upgrade?
A: Yes. Two upgrades are available for students who enrolled with the Foundation package:

Specialty Courses & Study Materials
Q: Why add a specialty certification?
R: Ancillary services like mold, radon, and sewer scope inspections can add 300–400 or more to each inspection, and they set you apart from inspectors who only offer a standard home inspection.
Q: Are the Mold and Radon courses valid in my state?
R: Not in every state, so check before you buy:
- Mold: valid in all U.S. states except Florida, New York, and Texas. Not valid in Canada.

Q: What does the Sewer Camera course cover?
R: How to operate and maintain a sewer video camera, locate and assess sewer line issues, identify pipe materials, and market the service.
Q: What is the Drone 107 course?
R: It prepares you for your FAA Part 107 certification, which you need to legally fly drones commercially for roof inspections and property surveys.
Q: What are the NHIE eBooks?
R: Two digital manuals from the Examination Board of Professional Home Inspectors (EBPHI): the Mechanical Systems and NHIE Content Manual and the Structural Systems and Business Manual. Together they cover 900+ pages of exam and technical content. They’re digital only; nothing ships. You’ll get an email with access instructions after purchase.
