Why Indiana Home Inspectors Matter
Indiana home inspectors make a world of difference in the lives of their clients. To the untrained eye, any house may appear in perfect condition, but those with their Indiana home inspector license see things differently. That’s why home buyers across the state turn to professional home inspectors for insight into properties they want to buy. Home inspectors can shed light on potential issues and point out damage that might otherwise go unnoticed. It’s impossible to make an informed decision about the purchase of a new home without having a home inspector look at the property first. Their findings can make or break a sale – and potentially protect the health and safety of the new buyers.
Indiana Home Inspector Salaries
The average Indiana home inspector makes around $76,000 annually. While your initial starting salary might not be as high, there is always a demand for your services. With a few years under your belt, earning the average salary or more is a definite possibility. The more experience you gain, the more you’ll see your salary increase. Whether you start your own home inspection business or go work for an existing company, you’re sure to find stable, consistent opportunities in this exciting field.

Home inspectors enjoy a great deal of freedom, especially when self-employed.
If you enjoy helping others, home inspection will prove a very rewarding enterprise. Each new job is a chance to learn something new about a property and share your findings with the homeowner while also saving prospective buyers a lot of headaches by alerting them to any issues on the property. Each day, you’ll head home satisfied by the hard work you’ve done and the difference you’ve made in the lives of others.
