Idaho is one of a few western states that still have not adopted licensing requirements for home inspectors.
In states that have licensing requirements for home inspectors, real estate agents and your clients just want to see that you are licensed. In states like Idaho that do not have licensing requirements, real estate agents and your clients will want to see that you have been trained and certified in home inspection. That is where our program can help.
