How do I become a home inspector in Nunavut?
As soon as you complete our online home inspection course, you become a certified home inspector. Upon completion of the course, we email your home inspection certification and issue you your certification number. That number is what you will want to put on your business cards and home inspection reports. At that point, you’re ready to go in Nunavut!
How much money do Nunavut home inspectors make?
The average annual salary for a home inspector in Nunavut varies, depending on the number of inspections performed each week. Part time home inspectors doing two inspections on average per week will earn $35,000 in supplemental income. A full time home inspector can do two or three inspections per day!
