Steps to become a New Associate home inspector in Rhode Island:
- Register for the ICA Real Estate Inspection Certification Program. This will give you the knowledge needed to perform a home inspections.
- Take and Pass the Rhode Island state exam.
- Assist in at least fifty (50) home inspections in the presence of a licensed home inspector. Most of our graduates do this while working for an existing home inspection company.
