Looking to earn your British Columbia home inspector certification? British Columbia is one of a few provinces that have formal licensing requirements for home inspectors.

Our training combines online learning and hands-on field training to deliver a complete, state-approved program that’s accessible, affordable, and flexible.
Step One
Complete 150 Hours of education approved by Consumer Protection BC. ICA is currently not approved to meet this requirement.
Step Two
Pass an exam approved by Consumer Protection BC.
Step Three
Conduct 50 hours of home inspection with an approved trainer. Hours need to be tracked and submitted along with your application.
Step Four
Complete the license application process.
