Florida Home Inspection Online Continuing Education Courses
Florida requires 14 hours of continuing education every 2 years to renew your home inspector license. A minimum of 2 hours must be in wind mitigation. ICA Offers all 14 hours through online, self-paced CE Courses in the table below.
Licenses expire July 31 every even year. The online courses listed below are all approved by the Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation.

- Download your certificate of completion for your records.
Do you report my hours to the state of Florida?
Yes. Once you complete a course, we will report your hours to the Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation the next business day.
What should I do if my license is expired?
